REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Online Purchases Only
This policy applies only to items purchased through the RD1 Clothing website. Items purchased TikTok Shop must follow separate return procedures (outlined below).
All Returns and Exchanges Must Be Processed Through Our Online Returns Portal
All customers must process their returns, exchanges, and any issues with items received through our online returns portal: https://rd1clothing.returnscenter.com/
Through this portal, you can:
- Request a refund
- Process exchanges directly
- Report faulty or incorrect items
- Generate an optional Royal Mail returns QR code or returns label for drop-off, charged at £4
We charge a £2 exchange handling fee to help cover the cost of packaging, handling, and courier services. This fee does not apply to exchanges made in our Hastings store.
Please try to avoid notifying returns via Klarna or ClearPay app, we find issues occur when this happens.
Returns Timeframe and Processing
If you’re not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you must begin your return within 14 days of receiving your order and it must be returned back to us within 28 days of receiving receiving your order. Items must be in original, sellable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once your parcel has been received by our team in-store:
- It can take up to 5 working days to process your return.
- Returns are handled in the order they are received.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- If you'd like to confirm your parcel has arrived, please check your tracking number.
Please note:
- After processing, refunds and cancellations can take up to 5 additional working days to appear in your bank account or on your card.
- Refunds will not include the original postage unless agreed with the customer service team in advance
- RD1 Clothing cannot accept responsibility for an item returned until it has arrived at our premises.
- If you haven’t received confirmation within 10 days of returning your item, contact us at sales@rd1clothing.com (Monday–Saturday 9am to 5pm).
- We provide a longer response time if you contact us on one of our social media channels
We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item:
- Please report it via our online returns portal: https://rd1clothing.returnscenter.com/
- If you would like to speak to us, email sales@rd1clothing.com directly. We will assist you and where necessary, we can arrange a home collection.
- We provide a longer response time if you contact us on one of our social media channels
In cases where a fault or issue is confirmed, we will offer a refund or arrange return postage. This will only be processed once the item is returned to us or sufficient evidence of the fault or issue is provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.
TikTok Shop Orders
TikTok Shop orders must be returned via TikTok in accordance with TikTok’s return process.
We are unable to issue refunds or process returns for TikTok orders directly.
Please log in to your TikTok account to initiate a return or contact TikTok customer support for assistance.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store must be returned to our physical location. Online returns policies do not apply to in-store purchases.

International returns
The same 21-day return period applies to international orders made through our website.
International customers must:
- Use a trackable, insured shipping service
- Clearly mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges
RD1 Clothing is not responsible for any customs duties or return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please ensure returned items are in original condition and well-packaged. Footwear must be returned with its box protected by outer packaging to avoid damage.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund.
After processing, cancellation refunds can take up to 5 additional working days to appear in your bank account or on your card.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process through our portal.To request a cancellation, email sales@rd1clothing.com promptly.
