Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch Times

1.1 Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) on a working day will be dispatched the same working day.

1.2 Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays in England and Wales.

1.3 Orders placed after 1:00pm on Saturday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (normally Monday, excluding Bank Holidays).

1.4 Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

2. Delivery Instructions (Safe Place / Neighbour)

2.1 If you provide instructions for the parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in any alternative location, you authorise the courier to deliver in accordance with those instructions.

2.2 Once delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions, risk in the goods passes to you.

2.3 RD1 Clothing shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed in line with your delivery instructions.

3. Failed Delivery & Returned to Sender Parcels

3.1 If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Failure to accept delivery,
  • Failure to collect from a depot,
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details,
  • Refusal of delivery, or
  • Any other reason not attributable to RD1 Clothing,

we reserve the right to charge the full applicable shipping fee to resend the parcel.

3.2 Returned items will be:

  • Processed back into stock; and
  • Credited to your account minus any courier charges incurred for the failed delivery and return.

3.3 If you request a refund instead of redelivery, this will be processed less:

  • The original outbound shipping cost (where applicable), and
  • Any courier return charges incurred.

3.4 A new order must be placed for any items requiring re-shipment.

4. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

4.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

4.2 RD1 Clothing accepts no liability for parcels that are:

  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • Lost due to inaccurate or incomplete address details;
  • Delayed due to incorrect address information.

4.3 Any costs incurred in recovering or replacing such parcels shall be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • BFPO addresses
  • Armed Forces addresses

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed to restricted addresses.

6. Missing, Lost or Delayed Deliveries

6.1 All orders are checked prior to dispatch.

6.2 Any delivery discrepancy must be reported within 1 calendar day of the recorded delivery date.

6.3 UK customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of the dispatch date if their order has not been received.

6.4 Failure to notify us within these timeframes may affect our ability to:

  • Investigate the matter with the courier;
  • Submit a loss claim;
  • Offer a replacement or refund.

6.5 RD1 Clothing shall not be liable for loss where notification is received outside the required reporting period.

7. Damaged Parcels or Missing Items

7.1 If your parcel arrives damaged or with items missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

7.2 You must retain all external and internal packaging materials. The courier may require inspection and collection of the packaging as part of their investigation.

7.3 Failure to retain packaging may result in a claim being refused.

8. Risk & Title

8.1 Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the delivery address provided (or in accordance with your delivery instructions).

8.2 Title to the goods remains with RD1 Clothing until full payment has been received.

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed on a Sunday or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day. Our delivery options for the UK are:

  • We send everything through Royal Mail Tracked 48® or Royal Mail Tracked 24®.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24® aims to deliver the next working day and it costs £6.95.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48® aims to deliver in two working days and it costs £4.95.
  • Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same working day.
  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 48® delivery when you spend over £100 although this cannot alway be combined with discount codes. If you have placed an order and need it Tracked 24®, email us on sales@rd1clothing.com.

Once your order has left us, you will receive a tracking number to track its progress. On the day of your order being delivered, you will receive a time slot. 

TikTok

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you directly with shipping, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made through our TikTok shop. Due to platform guidelines, we can only provide tracking numbers and do not have access to your personal details. For any inquiries or issues regarding your order, please contact TikTok's customer support directly. Thank you for your understanding!

EU, UNITED STATES AND REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY INFORMATION

Currently, we are unable to offer world-wide shipping directly from our website. Please contact us at sales@rd1clothing.co.uk to seek more information on how we can ship.

Click and Collect is available from our Hasting store free of charge. Goods are only available to collect during trading hours.
